Pie In The Sky Baked Goods is a home-based cottage bakery in Lakeland, Florida, specializing in homemade cookies, brownies, muffins, pies, and other fresh baked desserts. We offer both traditional baked goods and gluten-friendly options made with gluten-free flour! Pie In The Sky was inspired by my love of baking especially following my father's diagnosis of Celiac disease, which made finding delicious comfort desserts difficult. My mission is to create fresh, homemade treats that everyone can enjoy (with or without gluten), with quality ingredients, affordable prices, and plenty of love in every batch. All products are prepared in a shared home kitchen where wheat and other common allergens are present.

I got to try for the first time today and I must say the cookies have the perfect crisp outside and soft center. I’m always on the hunt for gluten free sweets and I love being able to try new small businesses. I’ll definitely be back! (I also got some muffins that look delicious but haven’t cracked them open yet!)

Wonderfully communicative and incredibly talented! As a celiac with dietary restrictions who did not get sick after consumption, I am thoroughly impressed by the flavor and textures of what they made! You get used to dense, sandy and coarse textures with this diet- the brownies and cookies are an amazing departure from normal expectation! Soft, fluffy, chewy and heavenly are all great ways to describe their work. Looking forward to my next purchases from them!
